Introducing the 3M Full Face Respirator Kit 6835, a convenient respiratory kit specifically designed for asbestos removal and dust-filled environments. This comprehensive kit includes essential items to ensure your safety and ease of use. The centrepiece of the kit is the lightweight and user-friendly 3M™ Full Face 6000 Series Respirator.
To enhance protection, the kit also features two pairs of 3M™ Particulate Filters 6035 P2/P3*. These filters are housed in a unique solid top casing design, which effectively minimises premature caking and clogging caused by dirt, grime, water, or dust. The protective casing also facilitates easy decontamination practices, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The kit includes the following components:

Please note that the higher P3 protection factors are achieved when using the 3M Full Face Respirator. When worn on a 3M Half Face Respirator, the filters provide a P2 protection level.
This respiratory kit caters to various applications and hazards, including asbestos work requiring higher protection levels (please refer to local asbestos government guidelines such as Safework Australia or Worksafe NZ). It is also suitable for lead paint removal, sanding, sawing, drilling, cutting, grinding, masonry, insulation, and protection against hazardous particulates such as silica and beryllium. Additionally, it is ideal for environments that necessitate face and eye protection.

Please keep in mind that filtering respirators should not be utilised for protection against airborne concentrations of contaminants exceeding the relevant IDLH levels.
The cartridge/filter included in this kit, when used as specified for protection against the specified contaminants, provides the following protection levels:
When used with a 3M 6000 Full Face Respirator: 100 times the Workplace Exposure Standard (WES) or 30 ppm, whichever is lower.
